ARROW SLIDE · MOBILE GAME

Privacy Policy

Arrow Slide is a free puzzle game made by Intexa Tech Ltd. This page explains what data the game uses, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 30 October 2026

In short

  • You don't need an account, and we never ask for your name, email or phone number.
  • Your levels, stars, coins and settings are saved only on your device.
  • The game is free because it shows ads from Google AdMob.
  • We use Google Firebase to see, in aggregate, how the game is played so we can improve it.
  • We don't sell your personal data.

1. Who we are

Arrow Slide ("the game") is developed and published by Intexa Tech Ltd ("we", "us"). If you have any question about this policy or your data, email us at [email protected].

2. Data stored on your device

The game saves your progress on your device: the levels you have unlocked, the stars you have earned, your coin balance, your sound and vibration settings, and daily counters (such as how many free heart refills and shop ads you have used today). This information never leaves your device and we cannot see it. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional "rewarded" ads you choose to watch for a reward such as extra hearts, a hint or coins; others appear between levels. To show, limit and measure these ads, and to prevent fraud, Google's software in the game collects information such as:

  • your device's advertising ID (you can reset or delete it in your device settings),
  • your IP address and the approximate location derived from it,
  • device and app information, such as device model, operating system and language,
  • how you interact with ads (for example, whether an ad was shown, watched or tapped).

Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent form. You can change your choice at any time from the game's Settings → Privacy choices. You can also opt out of personalised ads for all apps in your device settings. Google uses this information as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Game statistics (Google Firebase)

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played, for example which levels players start, finish or get stuck on, how often hints and the shop are used, and how often ads are offered and watched. This tells us how to make levels fairer and how often ads should appear. Firebase collects these events together with an app-instance identifier and basic device information (such as device model, operating system version and country). It does not tell us who you are.

We also use Firebase Remote Config, which lets us adjust game settings (such as how often between-level ads appear) without releasing an update. It uses a Firebase installation identifier to deliver those settings to your device.

Analytics data is kept for a limited time under our Google Analytics data-retention setting (between 2 and 14 months) and then deleted. See Privacy and Security in Firebase for more detail.

5. How we use data

We use the data described above only to:

  • run the game and save your progress,
  • show ads that keep the game free, and measure how they perform,
  • understand and improve gameplay, difficulty and ad frequency,
  • detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it to identify you. Google acts as our service provider for ads and analytics and processes data under its own terms and policies.

6. Children

Arrow Slide is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Ad consent: change it any time in the game under Settings → Privacy choices (where available in your region).
  • Personalised ads: reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device settings.
  • On-device data: uninstall the game or clear its data to delete your progress.
  • Other requests: depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because the game has no accounts, we usually can't link data to you, but email us at [email protected] and we'll help as far as we can.

8. Security and international transfers

Data sent to Google is encrypted in transit. Google may process it in countries other than your own, under the safeguards described in its privacy policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will also be noted in the game's release notes.
